Masaya Shishikura is an ethnomusicologist, who conducts research entitled “Music, travel and translation towards trans-border humanity.” Through several stories of travelling music, Shishikura explores the chains of humanity that transcend the boundaries of the nation, ethnicity, and religion. Shishikura has served as a researcher at the International Institute for Asian Studies, Leiden (2014), the Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Advanced Study, New Delhi (2015), and the Institute for Advanced Study on Asia, The University of Tokyo (2018). Shishikura received an M.A. from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa (2007) and a Ph.D. from The Australian National University (2014). In 2010, Shishikura was awarded the best student prize at the national conference of Musicological Society of Australia.

宍倉正也 専門は民族音楽学。主にアジア・太平洋地域における「旅をする音楽」の研究を通して、国籍や民族といった既存の枠を超えた人々のつながりを模索している。 2014年にInternational Institute for Asian Studies （オランダ、ライデン）、2015年にJawaharlal Nehru Institute of Advanced Study （インド、ニューデリー）、そして2018年には東京大学東洋文化研究所にて研究員として勤務する。2014年にオーストラリア国立大学よりPh.D.取得、2007年にはハワイ大学マノア校よりM.A.取得。また2010年には、オーストラリア音楽学会にてBest Student Prizeを受賞。
